Springtime Fashion!

Alright Readers, y'all have asked for it! Here is my springtime fashion post about different ways to combine Crocs and daily outfits. Crocs are a good transition shoe. They can go from house slippers to black tie events (maybe a little wash would help! Look back at the second post for ideas on how to wash your Crocs).

Let's get some Don'ts out of the way.

DON'T
Obvi I'm new to the photoshop world- but you get the point (I made a first draft of this on Snapchat and couldn't figure out how to send to myself :))

Those shoes are so cute, but fashionable? No. Comfortable? Definitely not. Let's go through a typical day in my life and you can see how Crocs play an important part of my comfort, fashion sense, and overall amazingness.

Morning Time:
Rise and Shine! I usually pop out of bed wearing this nightgown, and slip on my Crocs to go make breakfast. I know many readers are asking "DOGS??? DOGSSSSSS? WHY does she have a nightgown of dogs??" Let me answer that. I'm a lover of all animals, but just have a particular affinity for Cats. This dog nightgown was actually gifted to me (as a joke) from my dear aunt. Joke's on her, I wear it all the time.
Lightweight, playful, and just the right amount of color to get the day going!

Lunchtime:

Let's say you have a lunchtime date with friends or just plan on running some errands around town. This outfit is purrrrfect for those casual times that you're floating around. I love the patchwork on the elbows and how it ties in with the holes Crocs smartly put on the top of their shoes. I'm going to NYC in about a week- you'll be sure to see me rockin' this outfit!
slip em on and out the door! Cute and casual

Drinks with your friends:

This is more of a darrrringgg look! It's meant for "going out for happy hour with friends….OOPS it's 2:00 am." I love the soft yellow with the forest green. Very In. Two of my dear friends (mother and daughter duo!) sent me this shirt and I  can say that I've worn it about once a week. My siblings keep trying to steal it so I usually hide it under a couple of shirts. Cropping the top allows you to see how the gold buttons go with the gleam in the cat's eyes. So. Good.
Sorry I didn't iron my pants! However, you get the idea.

Beach Party? No Problem!

We all love Spring and Summer. I also love attending cocktail parties and going to the beach to spend time with friends and family. This outfit is perfect whether you're out on the beach, attending a spring/summer wedding, or just trying to look nice for those tomcats!
Ooops- you caught my toes! That color is called Catturday….or at least it should be!

Black Tie

Here's a great black tie outfit to pair with Crocs. I wore this about….five years ago? I love the dress and that pink sash looks so good with the green!! I honestly can't find one outfit that I can't pair with my Crocs. A side question y'all may be wondering- "why does she have forest green Crocs? Why not a basic color of black or white?" Well, to answer that- I wouldn't be able to wear the white ones past Labor day or before Easter (like obviously from the south) and I NEED my Crocs! Black Crocs? I don't know…I haven't thought about that. I chose the green color because it is the color of a Croc…odile! It's just so great that they go with everything.

Okay back to black tie affairs--
Chic, Simple, Classic.

I hope this helped y'all with your springtime and summertime fashion ideas! It's a great season to be a Croc lover.

Crocs Out.
